Agricultural Steel Frame Barn Conversion

Currently undergoing
Barn conversion of a large modern agricultural barn. It will have charred cladding, aluminium windows, zinc roof and effectively be a new building within the existing structure.

We built a new annex within the property, a new extension connecting parts of the buildings, new roof, tile hanging and cladding completely renovating this listed property. Internally the whole house was upgraded and renovated with sympathetic heritage products and methods to suit modern living.
Extensive renovation and part re-build of the pool house.
Conversion of three bay garage into an annex, laundry room and plant room with a one-bedroom annex/studio apartment with a new kitchen and en-suite.
A new 4 bay oak agricultural barn was also constructed.

Unpinning the structure, installing a zinc roof, solar panels, air source heat pump to create a modern dwelling including a sauna. The complete renovation of the structure allows for a new build house within old walls.
